“Once Upon A Genie” is a perfect fantasy read. A magical love story, that had every emotion elaborated so evenly and beautifully. The story is simple but catchy. With every page that turned, had a whole new magical journey embedded in it.
Daisy is the protagonist, I think, everyone can relate to. Her grandmom left her with a genie,maybe she wanted her safety. Khalil is handsome and he really cared about Daisy. His emotions were so well portrayed.
Genies are fictional characters, but this story defines a perfect blend of emotions, tears, life values , everything, from a Genie’s point of view too.
Darren is the cutest character. A friend that everyone needs in life. Seeing him ill was sad but his confidence was worth all the praise.
To conclude, I’d like to say that…. “Not every love story has an happy ending. We have to keep the love alive in our hearts and the flame won’t go low.”
