Book Review : Maybe Love; Maybe Not… A commonly uncommon love story and Writeups

The book began with the story of Preetam and Sneha which touched my heart. I was very intrigued with the story line. Preetam is a kind of guy whom every girl would like to date. On the other hand, Sneha is like any other ordinary girl. They met for work purposes but became friends in no time. That’s true friendship. Preetam is sweet, I loved his gesture when he dropped Sneha to the bus stop and also his patience. He has been so decent and calm with Sneha. The middle class home, and the thoughts of Sneha’s parents seemed relevant. But at the same time, I felt Preetam is right choice for Sneha. Yeah! The love at first sight is difficult to see and to be convinced of,but it seemed genuine in Preetam’s case.

I felt bad for Preetam when sneha denied his proposal. They should have discussed it together. Running away wasn’t a solution. Sneha should have respected her feelings, when she herself held the same feelings for him. Though, she realised it very late, only when her parents coaxed her to marry some other guy, than only she realised her love for Preetam.

Another thing that fascinated me are small snippets that are highlighted between the stories. I’ll call them the quotes or snippets of feelings that both the characters went through. A simple story in a simple language, it is beautifully written.

The second part of the book is collection of one liners and poems that made me smile. There are many beautiful one liners and poems collected in this book. The one liners strike hard on the heart. A beautiful compilation of mini tales and Musings, that we go through everyday.

A job really well done ❤️ a light hearted and beautiful read.
