The title of the Story is intriguing. As of this very year, we all are suffering a lot, and so the etchings of this year, 2020, are quite hurtful. So, this book has been a soothing touch to the readers’ heart.

Etchings of the first quarter of 2020” is a well written book. Firstly, what fascinated me is that the first two parts are in the letter format. Letters are written to express your thoughts, your feelings over something, that is liked by the other one. It’s like sharing views over one thing. The way the letters are written express the care, the affection of one person to the other.

The third part of the book is a casual conversation between father and daughter and, it seems like a usual conversation. It is filled with love, care, affection and also a lot information and facts. The writing style of the author makes it easier to understand and read. The ideologies and thoughts of two people are clearly explained and that is the beauty of this book.

The last part, or I must say that it looked more like the diary entries that a person does at the end of the day. The daily routine or the happenings around a person, the feelings of hurt, agony, pain, happiness are beautifully structured in the poetic format and is served to the readers. Individual point of view of the author has helped the readers to connect to the author and the emotions directly touch the heart.

A very impressive and heart touching read.. ❤️ Kudos to the author.

Keep writing, Dear Author!
