A dream, enticing, I see myself, the shy version of myself, The timid soul, the overthinker soul, She works hard, loves harder, I love too, but not unconditioned, I’ve learned to balance, I am not the shy soul anymore, Not lying that’s me blooming, One was shy, the other piece of me is blooming, It’s an alluring dream, Where my current self is prettier and confident, And there’s no one lying, Just a beautiful dream, Combining the past and the present.

A surreal dream, A vast garden, Gentle taps of feet in wet grass, Feet twirling in the wet grass, Her dress stained, But no one is around, Leaving her to panic, Until he sweeped her up. Lifting her in his arms, Pressing a kiss to her forehead, As he apologises to her, For prank plaued, She pushes him away, Only for him to envelope her in a hug, And a kiss pressed to her temple, Pulling her into the circle of love she dreams about.

A dream of bright future, Of something I love to do, To immerse in the world of words, To change the world with mere words, That’s a dream, My younger self was spirited, To have a smooth life, A desired job, And world of words and books, That’s all I dream for you.
